Required when using the following dSPACE software:
RTI and RTI Blocksets, FlexRay Configuration Blockset, 
and dSPACE Automotive Simulation Models.

No or limited support of RTI FPGA Programming Blockset in MATLAB R2016b. See http://www.dspace.com/faq?295.
