Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

There is no intention to transfer data to a third country.

Duration for which Personal Data is Stored:

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer exists, unless there is an obligation to store this data.

Rights of the Data Subjects:

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed (Art. 15 of the GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 of the GDPR), and right to restriction of processing (Art. 18(1) of the GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data (Art. 21 of the GDPR) as well as a right to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR)
